Delivery & Returns


Pure Objective has teamed up with amazing businesses across Australia and New Zealand. When you purchase from Pure Objective, we send your order to the brand to pack it up and deliver to you direct. If you purchase multiple items from different brands then you will receive these items in separate deliveries.

We will provide you with tracking details, where available, so you can keep track of when your package will arrive.

Most items on our site come with free delivery within Australia. For those where delivery charges apply, these will be calculated when you checkout.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us directly at so we can help solve the problem with you.

If returning an item, please ensure the items are unused and the packaging is in original condition (e.g. tags still attached) otherwise we mightn't be able to offer a refund or store credit. Sale items, underwear, hosiery, swimwear and cosmetics unfortunately cannot be returned unless faulty or if you have been sent the incorrect item.

Returns must be received within 14 days of sale date for an exchange, store credit or refund via your original payment method.

Return shipping will only be reimbursed if the wrong product was sent or if the item is faulty and a postage receipt is provided. In all other instances the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer. All returns or exchanges must be arranged by emailing
